Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for PrepareForCAT subscriptions. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Free to start

You can use the free parts of PrepareForCAT without paying and without a card. There is nothing to cancel or refund for free use.

2. Subscriptions and renewal

A paid subscription gives you access to premium features for a billing period (for example, monthly). Where a plan renews automatically, we tell you the price and cycle before you are charged and send any pre-debit notice required for recurring payments.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

4. Refunds

Because access is delivered immediately and is digital, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except in these cases:

• Accidental or duplicate charge:if you were charged in error or twice, we refund the incorrect charge in full.
• Technical failure:if a fault on our side prevented you from using the Service for a meaningful part of a paid period and we could not resolve it, we will offer a pro-rated refund or credit.
• Early request:if you cancel within [[FILL: e.g. 7]] days of a charge and have made only minimal use of premium features, we will consider a refund at our discretion.

We do not refund for partial periods after meaningful use, for not achieving a target score, or for a change of mind after the window above.

5. How to request a refund

Write to us via the Contact page with your registered email and the transaction details. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days.

6. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through our payment provider, normally within 5 to 7 business days after approval. The time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
